Prosecutors in Miami charged several individuals with a medicare kickback scheme in the Miami area. They brought in patients from assisted living facilities, halfway houses and drug courts located throughout the Southern District of Florida and billed the medicaire piggy bank like their was no tomorrow. They will forever regret their actions when the feds come knocking on the door at 6 AM. One individual received 16 year sentence and the other got 9 years. I noticed that people get hammered by Federal Judges in the sunshine state. I was with several people in Fort Dix who got clobbered from Miami, including David Solan, who got 30 years, Jonathan Curshen, 20 years and Jeremy Feldman of liversforyou, with 15 years.
The building above reminds me of the song, hotel california, where you don't come back so fast.
