A promising football career was shattered with Mr. Lawrence's actions and he was sitting in jail for 31 years on separate charges when he caught a murder charge over the death of his cell mate.

I am no stranger to prison as I sat 1316 days and my biggest fear was catching another charge while incarcerated. Thank G-d that did not happen. I was witness to a lot of physical violence committed by other inmates. Jail is a very dangerous place.
