Bulgarian man charged with market manipulation and insider trading

nervous traders......when Nedev manipulated the market....courtesy WSJ

A story just got released from the US Attorney's office accusing Nedko Nedev with market manipulation, insider trading, and aggravated identity theft regarding several publicly trading companies.
See story here...https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/pr/bulgarian-man-arrested-and-charged-manhattan-federal-court-400-million-market

He basically put in fake offers of buying various stock including Avon....In one trade, he made 5 grand. Another story says the government seized two million dollars in one account. It is hard to say how much he profited. In any event, he was arrested in Bulgaria and may be extradited to the United States to face justice. If you think you can fool the stock market, you are only fooling yourself. The government has constant checks and balances and thousands of investigators analyzing every trade. There are a few Nedko Nedev's on facebook so I am not sure which one it is or maybe it is another one....

I was brought to USA by extradition too. This is what he can expect in prison....http://www.amazon.com/PRISON-expect-Federal-Bureau-Prisons-ebook/dp/B011GTWLOG
