There is not much happening in Culloden, WV, till you look up the US Attorney' Office out of Huntington and then Culloden lights up with activity.
Several people were sentenced for heroin distribution. One person got 5 years probation, another got 3 and a half years and the other awaits sentencing. For the Judge to give someone probation, that person got a huge break.
