Ex JP Morgan Investment Advisor gets 5 years imprisonment

Ex-JPMorgan Broker Michael Oppenheim Admits Stealing $22 Million for Gambling

What did he do wrong? He used his clients money, up to 20 million dollars of it, as his personal piggy bank. See story here...https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/pr/former-investment-adviser-global-bank-sentenced-manhattan-federal-court-5-years-prison

He had a gambling addiction. The government wanted him to sit in jail for 10 years. So why did the Judge give him a break? Since he had a disabled child. People do gamble in prison so I trust he learned his lesson.

Depending on his security level, he should end up in a camp. I was in a camp too in the last eight months of my 43 month prison stay.
