He should recall what happened to Lynne Stewart, who commented after receiving a two year sentence, 'I can do this standing on one foot,' who was then hauled back into court and got a ten year sentence.
People, and especially those in power, are very vengeful. I am surprised his high powered attorney, Brafman allowed him to make such a brash and stupid comment.
He not only must plead the fifth, but stop saying stupid and insulting comments about our government.
Listen, I did 1316 days for a white collar crime and I learned to keep my mouth shut. A big mouth in jail will get you a busted lip and a trip to the SHU (solitary confinement)
