The storm that spawned numerous tornadoes in the South , dropped heavy snow in the midwest and is now giving the east coast rain. See story here....http://www.kitsapsun.com/news/367488701.xhtml
It is like an air conditioner where one side gets cooled and the other side of it is hot. The midwest is on the cold side and the east coast is on the warm side. Once the storm lifts into Canada, it will bring down cold air into the Northeast, setting up for a snowy stormy pattern for next week.
In my opinion, storms are an act of God, as King David says in Psalms, ruach si'arah oso devaro, the storm wind does the word of God. Remember, people die during storms as it is a time of judgment. People also are spared as it is a time of mercy.
