From being Albany Lawmakers to sitting in Federal Prison

I personally met Mr. Boyland in MDC in August 2014 when I was heading to Otisville. He was fighting his case. He said that the FBI wanted to work with him to get other lawmakers. If he would have chosen that route, he would not be sitting right now on a 14 year sentence.
