Harlan Decoste, a black man from Miami, also owes 28 million in restitution. Trust me, when he sits in jail with nothing he will regret the actions that landed him in jail. With an over 19 year sentence, he has plenty of time to regret his actions. The judge called it a fraud factory. The time he comes out of jail he will probably be white haired with worry. Why do I say that? That is what prison did to me.
