Delaware State Prison on lock down

According to the New York Post, a delaware state prison was on lock down based on prisoners holding guards hostage.

How can this happen? It can. When ever there is human interaction, something like this is a reality. You dont know the hell of  what the prisoners are going through nor the stress of the guards. I prayed everyday to come home safely.

When ever a fight or something would break out in federal prison, there is always a black out of information. Bureaucrats dont like to talk or they can lose their jobs so everything is a state secret.
