I know the feeling, I was only two days in the SHU in MCC and it was horrible, Imagine the feeling the rest of your life to live like that. Horrifying. People dont realize it, but in the heart of Manhattan there is the gulag known as MCC.All I can say is he needs to do a lot of soul searching and be positive. There is always hope.
