After coming out of the federal prison system, I see how the system really needs to change. It is as if we are frozen back in the 1800's. The system needs to change. If you don't think it will never happen to you, think again. We house 25 percent of the world's prisoners and we are only 5 percent of the world population. In the great USA, one out of 31 persons is under some form of correctional control.
Does that make sense? This is the cookooness of this country.
