Why? Because a federal judge ruled that he is mentally retarded and or mentally handicapped. Ronell Wilson killed two NYPD detectives back in 2003.
A female guard, Nancy Gonzalez at MDC got pregnant from having sex with him in jail and then gave birth to a boy named Justus. She got a year and day in prison for that sexual assault. An inmate is incapable of consensual sex.
I looked up his name on BOP and it says death sentence but it may have to get revised. He is currently in a high US Prison in Indiana.
