According to the New York Daily News, it is alleged that a non profit executive director used $60,000 of medicaid funds to employ three house keepers in her home. The FBI interviewed the house keepers. Someone must have spilled the beans against Tender Care Human Services Executive Director Yolanda Vitulli. the company is supposed to provide services developmentallly disableed persons but instead, Mrs. Vitulli helped herself.   See story here....http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/queens/queens-nonprofit-head-charged-embezzling-medicaid-funds-article-1.2572965

She posted bail to come out of jail. Between me and you, $60,000 is not a lot of money from a government standpoint. I think they hit her on the principal fact not to steal from medicaid.

I hope she works out a deal and gets probation.  She looks to be a nice person and her older son is autistic so she has a whole plate to deal with already.
