In what appears to be a dime a dozen case, the US Attorneys office out of New Orleans has noted that an owner and doctor of a health care center were convicted in a 34 million dollar fraud scheme.

| Dr. Ganjii convicted at trial |
Elaine Davis, 59, and Dr. Pramela Ganji, 66, used medicaire as their piggy bank to the tune of 34 million dollars in un necessary billing and or billing for never seen patients. Dr. Ganjii sounds Indian. One doctor, Dr. Godwin Ogbuokiri was acquitted of all charges. He sounds African. All of the material possessions that Davis and Ganjii acquired will not be with them in Federal Prison. Dr. Ganjii's 38 years of experience will now come to an end. Pity....They will live a very spartan life.
