Dallas Police shooter was an army veteran serving in Afghanistan

That says a lot about the shooter, Micah Xavier Johnson. It tells us that we are basically training

people to eventually attack our own people.

How does the army vet people? How is the psychological test to become a soldier? Is there even  a test?

Is this what America is all about?  Does it mean that every army veteran is a potential loose cannon?

A lot of questions with few answers at this time.
