Gnoleba Seri, arrested by HSI |
Gnoleba Seri, of Brooklyn, NY. See attached press release....http://www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/pr/manhattan-us-attorney-announces-arrest-new-york-immigration-attorney-immigration-fraud
The news story says he did immigration fraud and identity theft by using legitimate financial paperwork such as the affidavit of support, tax forms, W-2's etc. for one client and unlawfully using it for other clients.
He faces a minimum of two years on the aggregated identity theft charge.
As the undersigned went through the same road of hell, what is Mr. Seri going to expect?
There is a youtube of him and he says is from the Ivory Coast. Now, if he is not a US Citizen, then if he gets convicted of the charge, he would not be eligible for a camp but would have to go a low facility such as FCI Fort Dix. And of course, he may end up getting deported at the end of his prison term .If he is a US Citizen and gets convicted, he can go to a camp, provided he receives a sentence of 10 years or less.
If he fights the charges and goes to trial and loses, he will get hammered. If he takes a plea, he is looking at a minimum of two years based on the above charge. If he fully cooperates and takes down bigger fish, and ends up getting a 5k1 letter and if the aggregated identity theft charge is dropped, then he may end up with probation. By bigger fish I mean other immigration lawyers and or government agents. If he cooperates he will be debriefed by the US Attorney's office.
If he ends up in prison, what can he expect? You can read my book for more information at
