The number three ranking Corrections Officer at Baylor Women's Correctional Institution near New Castle admitted to having sex with a female inmate when she was allegedly "cleaning his office".

He will be sentenced shortly. I cannot say to throw the book at this person but the bottom line is that these of kind of sexual crimes are bound to happen when you mix the sexes, meaning male staff in a female institution or female staff in a male institution. 

When I was in MCC or Fort Dix,  some of the inmates talked about was how they would have sex with a pretty female staffer. It was disgusting to listen. You may say, why did I listen? They talk and brag people loud in such kind of topics. 

How did the Warden find out about this illegal behavior? I would suspect it probably began from the inmate herself. She may have told others in confidence and eventually word reached the warden. There are no secrets in jail. Gossip spreads like wildfire. The female inmate may have psychological issues the rest of her life and Mr. Way,will definitely regret his fleeting actions that cost him his job and may get him lock up for a while. And to protect himself, he may end up in solitary confinement.
