El Chapo Guzman may be extradited to USA, at least he met Sean Penn before he was re Captured

Who will bring him to the United States? In my opinion, it would be the US Marshal Service.
He would probably be brought to a detention center and then be brought before a magistrate judge to be read his charges and then back to the detention center.

How do I know that? Because I went through extradition as well and in my stays in federal prison, I came across Colombian and Mexican drug leaders, one of whom was nicknamed Sinaloa in MCC.
His job was buffing and waxing floors.

If brought to the United States, his Houdini escape tricks will come to an end. Of all the people I met in Federal Prison who actually escaped, it was John K. Leighnor, who told me that he bribed a guard with $200,000.00 on a medical trip during his incarceration. Leighnor fled to Germany and he was extradited back to the United States.
