My wife ordered a cooler with adaptor for car on Thursday July 1, and paid extra for next day delivery service. We received the adaptor but never received the actual cooler. Then USPS leaves a note in our mail box on Saturday (Shabbos) that we need to pick up the merchandise at the post office.
First of all, my wife paid extra approximately 35 dollars for overnight service. The post office claims they attempted delivery at 4:00 PM Friday. No one rang the bell, no one knocked on the door. That postal employee is a liar and destroys the company's business. We already requested a refund from amazon.
Amazon, how can you use a mail delivery service that does not have the ability to call or text someone?
You have people answering phones 24 hours a day, the least you can have is 21st century delivery.
Using the Post Office is using primitive service, meaning they don't call or text. What kind of business are they running?
Mr. Bezos, come down from outer space and deal with the nuts and bolts of your company because it is falling apart.
Two weeks ago, I ordered a book from some company called hippo books and guess what? Of course they delivered the wrong book.
We had to go out Saturday night to Target and buy an old fashioned cooler.
Between Amazon and USPS, I don't know which company is more screwed up.
