According to the NY Daily News, "A music business booking agent got prison Monday for stealing $2 million from clients by claiming he hired big-ticket acts like Chris Brown and T-Pain, prosecutors said.
Yugeshwar Rajkumar, 45, owner of American Talent Agency, got 3 ¼-to-6 ½ years behind bars for his lucrative music industry swindle, according to the Manhattan DA.rosecutors said Rajkumar took payments of between $45,000 and $300,000 from clients for the supposed concert bookings for acts including Akon and MC Hammer. He actually just kept the money for himself." See story here...http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/music-biz-scammer-prison-swindling-2m-clients-article-1.2588467

I always said that when I was an immigration lawyer I came across
a lot of fraud from Indians in the form of fake graduation degrees. Their best companion was white out.
So all you future immigration lawyers, when dealing with Indians, be especially careful of fraud because you don't want to go where I ended up.

I went to Federal Prison. To see what prison is all about, go here...http://www.amazon.com/PRISON-expect-Federal-Bureau-Prisons-ebook/dp/B011GTWLOG
