Actually, being there myself, there is not much to adjust to, besides waking up, making your bed, going to breakfast , lunch and supper and of course, stand up for the counts. Besides these simple tasks, it is also important to make a routine, whether it is going to religious services, working out in the gym (need to pay for a spot with stamps), walk or jog on the track.
