New York Builders Paying people to Move

An article appeared in the New York Times local section saying that builders are paying huge payouts to tenants in the way of massive projects. Some tenants are lucking out making millions.

My father was no stranger to this kind of story when back in the 1980's Fairmont Funding was paying small houses big money for people to move so they can put up three and four story box houses.

A house that my parents bought in Boro Park in 1978 that was purchased for 40,000 sold for 355,000 in a ten year period.

In my opinion there is virtually no other business that you can make such kind of money, clean and legitimate.
