On Perez Hilton website, there is drama over how can Teresa Giudice be driving a Lexus
if she is on house arrest. Moreover, on the BOP inmate locator website, it shows
that she is at the Brooklyn Halfway House , which is known as NY RRM till Feb. 2, 2016.

The bottom line is that although it lists New York RRM, the resident can be on home confinement, provided it is no more than 10 percent of the sentence or maximum 6 months. Moreover, residents must come in once a week to do weekly passes. The halfway house lingo for home confinement is known as HD. Each and every time the resident comes back for the weekly pass, he or she must do a urine test and pass a breathalyzer, so there is no partying nor eating a bagel with poppy seeds.
And now, the $64,000 question, can one drive while on home confinement? The answer is a qualified yes, provided it is work related.
