New York Personal Injury lawyer steals his clients money and is off to the Federal slammer

The quickest way for a lawyer to get disbarred and slammed into prison is by stealing clients' money, especially escrow money. In the story that I headlined, a former personal injury lawyer by the name of Stuart Schlesinger lied to clients and stole their personal injury awards.

My only issue is his age. The man is 75 years old. He is too old to sit in jail with hardened and potential violent criminals where he is heading to. The system needs reform. The man should go on home confinement like they have it that way in Italy.

How can I say such a statement that he will be with hardened, violent criminals? I can say that because I was a white collar prison inmate and I sat with violent criminals. Even in a camp, you can be with hardened violent criminals. In Otisville, there was a guy who perhaps half his life he was in jail and he occasionally threatened people so  I speak from personal experience.
