I have four names, Avraham Yehuda  Tzvi Shmaryahu and it equals 972. It equals the verse in Psalm 1099:26, where it says, Help me Hashem, my God, save me according to Your kindness. This teaches me that when trouble comes my way, I know Hashem is standing besides me to lift me up.
