Interesting to note a story in Washington Post where it says presidential candidate Cruz was born in Canada and it makes him a naturalized citizen. In reality it should have made him a certificate of citizenship since I am like him in that I was born in Canada and obtained a US Citizenship at birth. The fact that I became a felon might bar me from other benefits as well. Hopefully, life will offer me a second chance.
