Philip Joseph Rivkin  received a sentence of 121 months for abusing the bio diesel credits program.
He must pay restitution in the amount of 87 million dollars. He ran away to Guatemala but was eventually sent back to USA to face justice. See story here...https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/houston-man-sentenced-more-10-years-prison-biodiesel-fraud-scheme

He was busy selling credits but produced virtually zero fuel. It was only on paper. He built up a house of cards to fuel his lavish lifestyle. He won't enjoy it in prison.

People come up with all kind of schemes to fool the feds but the feds have the last laugh. I went through it. It is not worth the pain and suffering you have to go through.
