Attorney Nathan Drage convicted of tax charges

A story out of the US Attorney's office, Salt Lake City, Utah, says that Nathan Whitney Drage was convicted of tax charges following a three week trial. The case was about stock sale disbursements, control of public shell companies etc. He also failed to file corporate tax returns for 04-06, despite earning income.

What caught my eye about this story is that I knew Mr. Drage from 1992. He was the one who drew up documents on behalf of Mr. Wertman in his deals with Teletek in that stock manipulation case. I was wondering how he was not ensnared in that case. After reading the story from the US Attorney's office, he as is manipulative as they come. Justice eventually caught up with him. My personal downfall started with the Wertman story, leading to my suspension and eventually disbarment and imprisonment.

I remember Wertman telling me that Drage worked for the Division of Corporations and his website confirms it. Like Stanley Roy Root, obm, used to say, with every fortune there is a felony.
