According to news reports, Aubrey McClendon, former ceo of Chesapeake energy, died in a fiery crash  in his 2013 Chevy Tahoe in Oklahoma, after speeding and crashing into a viaduct under a bridge. His estimated worth by Forbes was 1.2 billion. He was indicted the day before by the Justice Department for allegedly rigging oil bids. Was this a suicide or an accident? We will never know. My condolences goes out to his family.

This story reminds me of Ken Lay from Enron who was supposed to go to federal prison but died just before of a massive heart attack. People forget the human side of criminal prosecution. Some of us just cannot handle the pressure. You see the difference between wealth (570) and poor(130) that equals death (meit - 440) based on Gematria.

I was arrested too but I did my time and came out of Federal Prison. It was a living hell but I would not take my life. I had a chance to just take my ford escape and drive under an 18 wheel truck but I decided I must face the music. I made the right choice. I am now taking care of an infant son with my wife. When you come out of Federal Prison, it is like you are given a second chance of life.

The system is brutal. My only hope and advocacy is that they should give people second chances. Long sentences for non violent criminals is just wrong. There should be more job resources and help available for those coming out of prison.  As you accept responsibility and change your ways, move on with life. Long sentences break up families and it is just pure punishment.
