Federal Judge rejects Darren Sharpers 108 months prison deal

According to news reports, a federal Judge ,U.S. District Judge Jane Triche Milazzo  told Sharper that his 9 year sentence is too little time for the sexual assaults he committed against 16 women. He allegedly drugged and raped some of them. The former NFL football player may have to do more time, up to 20 years, according to the Pre Sentencing guide line report. That document is prepared by probation and handed over to the Judge prior to sentencing.
