Operator of Pender Tax Services Pleads guilty

According to the US Attorney, New Jersey, Noemi Pender plead guilty to a conspiracy to a tax fraud.
She caused losses to the government in the amount of  $340,000. She faces up to five years when she is sentenced.

I looked her name up on facebook and it shows her as working for Pender Tax Service so I can assume it is her. What did she do to merit her guilty plea? She faked deductions, created fictitious dependents, and created false credits for education and childcare.

Why did she do it? Was it greed? Was it to help people? The bottom line is she will lose it all so at the end of the day, all of the money she made will come back to haunt her. What was she thinking that the government is dumb and stupid and will never figure it out? The government has been around almost 300 years. They know every trick in the book. She fed the lion's mouth and know it bit back.  

She is an older woman and I hope she is remorseful and gets probation. Prison will be difficult for her. You can see from the pictures she likes to live well. Jail would be a big change in her life.
