Court Officer becomes a Robber

Nicholas Giovatto was turned in by an accomplice for allegedly posing as an NYPD cop and committing robberies of drug locations in Queens.

For some reason only officer Giovatto knows, he decided to become part of a robbery crew, doing home invasions in Queens and Long Island. See story at http://www.justice.gov/usao-edny/pr/new-york-state-court-officer-arrested-robbery-conspiracy

The story in the Daily News says he was targeting drug dealers. See NY Daily news story here...

He is not the only officer to cross the line. There is a whole bunch them sitting in MDC, Brooklyn.

How do I know? Because I sat with them. There is a former DEA agent who was also doing home invasions.

I am sure that since he got caught, he will regret his actions. The Federal system will humble this person. Trust me, they will.

From the study of the Bible, I learned that there is a psychological factor involved in the criminal mind and that is that since the wheels of justice turn slowly , criminals get  a false sense of empowerment that they will never caught. See Koheles 8:11.
