former federal prosecutor pleads guilty to theft

Harold James Pickerstein pleads guilty

Not hard to believe. In any event, Harold James Pickerstein of Connecticut, an attorney and former federal prosecutor, plead guilty to stealing $600,000.00 from a trust account at Federal Court in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Will he face prison time? Based on other cases that I have read about , he may get probation or a 1 or two year sentence. In my opinion, he must be extremely remorseful before the Court. If anything, he most likely would end up in a camp like Otisville, where he can make 20 dollars a month peeling potatoes or taking the garbage to the bin. Instead of the flashy suits, he will wear a green shirt and green pants.
