A Dangerous Job

Most of the world goes to work every day, and in the evening, come home to family. We never
have to worry about being targeted for death. However, there are some positions in the world that are down right dangerous. One is being a politician in Mexico. There was a story about a woman who became a mayor of a small town and she promised to fight crime and before you know it, she was killed by armed gunmen in the privacy of her own  home in Temixco. My former job as an immigration lawyer had elements of danger as well. Why? Because there were times I was threatened by disgruntled clients, including a Russian immigrant and a Turkish native. The danger in my story was I was feeding the government information which in the end, landed me in jail and that was a very dangerous place.
