Two tier justice system in the United States

I just read an article posted in vosizneaz.com that says the Swiss banks out of Zurich will pay fines
of  107 million for helping Americans evade paying taxes.  Banks do not sit in jail. Only the little guys sit in jail. Why do they let the ones who did the crime off? I paid almost four years of my life for committing a white collar crime. Why do bank bosses get off the hook? That is unjust and unfair.
My life is destroyed and I have to start from minus and these suit and tie thieves get away with paying a fine that is not even their money. See
