An Oklahoma man, Michael Carter, caused a ruckus in a store and was thrown in jail. What was freaky about this story is what is on his face. I saw plenty of prisoners in jail with tatoos, especially in Brooklyn, MDC, which was a transfer zone for dropouts, meaning those who left the life of gangs. Most were headed to the medium at FCI Otisville, where Shalom Rubashkin is incarcerated. Many have nazi swastikas as they were members of aryan racist gangs. Yes, Shalom Rubashkin lives with these kind of people, Hashem yira'cheim

In FCI Fort Dix,a white man had a tattoo on the back of his head that said "cop killer". His head was always clean shaven so you can clearly make out that tattoo.
