According to TMZ.com and confirmed by the bop website, the rapper Gucci Mane aka Radric Davis is coming out 7 months sooner than later. Apparently he showed B.O.P. that they made a mistake with his sentence. He was transferred from the state to the feds so perhaps the miscalculation occurred because of the transfer. He is right now serving time in a United States Penitentiary in Indiana. Why in a penn? Because his case was one of violence due to the gun charge.
