An article is appearing Wall Street Journal that the Senate is working on a bill to criminalize

When I was an immigration lawyer, every form that I filled out said that if you commit immigration fraud, you will get five year imprisonment and 250,000 penalty. The form was correct about the first part but not the second. I got a 2.5 million dollar fine.
