Toronto, Canada is brutally cold

An extreme cold weather is in effect in Toronto. With wind chills approaching -40 C, exposed human flesh can freeze in around 20 minutes.
Ducks and Geese relaxing on Canada's very cold day  , courtesty Toronto Star
I just read in the Toronto Star how the coldest spot in Canada is my hometown, Toronto, Canada.
The temperature right now in the night is 1 degree fahrenheit and with wind chills, a whole lot colder.
See story here....http://www.thestar.com/news/starweather/2016/02/toronto-is-colder-today-than-the-coldest-city-in-canada.html

What I find most amazing about the above picture are the ducks and geese who are just resting on the frozen waters of what appears to be Lake Ontario. You and me would have frost bite but these animals are just relaxing in the sun.

I wish scientists can come up with a layer of clothing to match the gooses feathers so that we can be comfortable in winter and summer, just like nature (Hashem) has made them.
