Toms River Doctor charged in kickback scheme

According to the US Attorneys office in Newark, NJ , a doctor specializing osteopathic medicine was indicted in a kickback bribery scheme, taking money in exchange of sending patients to two labs doing dna and blood testing. If he takes the government to trial, he will get hammered. If he takes a plea, he will probably get a break.If he does have to do time, he may end up in the camp at Fort Dix. As I did time in federal prison, I came across other physicians in the laboratory kickback and bribery stories.  One doctor I met one in Otisville received approximately a year in prison.
