The Daily News reports a lady who got a traffic summons got so upset that she took off like a mad person and her car hit an officer in the leg. She was later caught and arrested. See article here..

typical NYC traffic cops today, many from South Asia 

There is something that gets people so upset when they get a traffic ticket. I never forget when my aunt was a "brownie" giving out traffic tickets in the 1970's . She said she had to quit because she was yelled and cursed at every day. She could not take the abuse. By the way, I noticed the traffic cops, today dressed in blue, out in full force. I guess the city needs money.

As per the photo above with the Bangladeshi Traffic enforcement agents, I think some of them may be my ex clients. They must have hearts of stone to deal with emotional abusive drivers.
