Carl Immich, property manager of Harriet Tubman Terrace Apartments located in Poughkeepsie, NY, has been charged with embezzlement by the US Attorney's office , NY. The manager was using section 8 payments as his personal piggy bank. The government was paying between 150,000 and 160,000 a month for HUD assisted housing for poor persons. Jews are not the only ones caught stealing....It is a human trait going across all races and religions. Let us hope that if we do get caught, let us repent. Hopefully, we will repent before it is too late.
If Mr. Immich goes to trial and loses, he will get hammered. If he goes to trial and wins, the case is dismissed. If he takes a plea, he may do some time as a white collar criminal.
