New York Times reports that Justice Scalia, appointed by Reagan, passed away at 79 years old.
Hopefully Obama will appoint a more liberal judge who will protect the underprivileged masses.

What I find interesting about Justice Scalia is that everyone in this country has potential to become a judge, even if your'e family has an immigrant background.
