According to an article in the NY Times, Judge Miriam Cederbaum has passed away. See story here...http://www.nytimes.com/2016/02/07/nyregion/miriam-cedarbaum-86-dies-longtime-federal-judge.html?_r=0
She was the Judge who presided over Martha Stewart trial in 2004 and she sentenced Martha Stewart to five months imprisonment. As I was in federal prison, 5 months is called microwave time.
