Michael Nazarinia, the manager of a law firm that represented itself as guaranteeing home loan modifications, such as the law firm has a 98 percent success rate and other related lies to steal people's money, was sentenced to 9 months imprisonment. The lawyer who lent his name to this scam got 3 months of imprisonment and disbarment. See article here...

If this was Florida, they would have gotten hammered.

See above picture of the lawyer as advertised on google.com. I am confident that the lawyer who rented his name to the business schemers thought he was making a great deal. Instead, it was the loss of his license and freedom. The name Haffar sounds Syrian or Lebanese.
