See Fed story here out of San Diego, California....http://www.justice.gov/usao-sdca/pr/twenty-two-charged-racketeering-conspiracy-and-related-crimes-involving-drug

The report said that Shockey had nothing to hide and that his relationship was all legitimate. Online reports put Shockey's net worth at 15 million dollars.

As far as I can recall and I am a lawyer no more, people were telling me behind bars that for the laws of conspiracy, someone was cooked based on even one phone call or email. I vividly remember the case of Nat Schlesinger, who got a 15 year sentence for insurance fraud , that his fate was sealed when the jury heard these three words, "job well done."

The government has all the time and resources to "weed out" all of the bad players and actors. See Post story here....http://nypost.com/2016/02/07/fbi-grills-former-giant-as-part-of-drug-and-gambling-ring-probe/

Rich or poor, the government will take you down. When I was in Otisville, I sat with Billionaire boy toy Helly Nahmad, who was also busted on an illegal sports gambling ring. Even in Otisville, inmates were watching cable tv provided by the feds and doing some in house gambling and of course the boys in blue looked the other way (more paperwork to issue a shot or ticket).

Many people chill at the thought of the "P" word. Well I have been there and here is what to expect...
