CO Nicole Bartley, admitted to having sex with an inmate

This time, it was not inmate on inmate but a female corrections officer with an inmate and that is called rape because an inmate cannot give consent. The newspaper said she did the lust of sex that lasted only five minutes, while all the inmates were on lockdown. She claims to have used a condom so she won't be getting pregnant, unlike the other female guard at MDC who had unprotected sex with a cop killer and she did have a child from that relationship and she was sentenced to prison.

The article says that Ms. Bartley is facing up to four years in jail for the crime of sex with an inmate.

I have to say, the  picture tells us she is a nice woman. Sad story though....

I sat in seven institutions and I said it all along, when you mix the genders, it is a crime waiting to happen. Officers are only human and if they let down their guard, and as you can see from the above story, like the song says, it only takes a minute, girl.....
